Cruella Policies

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS

1- Please allow a delay of one to three weeks for the reception of your order.

2- All prices are in Canadian dollars.  If you reside outside of Canada and wish to know the current exchange rate, please click here www.xe.net/ucc/.The 5% (GST) product and service tax is applicable on all orders.  The 7.88% (PST) provincial sales tax is applicable only for orders delivered within the province of Quebec.

 3- Transport and handling costs are charged to the customer.

For Canada :
under 100$..................7.75 $
Fix rate 
100$ and above.................7.75%
7.75$ + [(sum of the invoice - 100$) x 7.75%]
For U.S.A. :
under 100$..................9.75 $
Fix rate 
100$ and above.................9.75%
9.75$ + [(sum of the invoice - 100$) x 9.75%]
For all others :
under 100$...............13.75 $
Fix rate 
100$ and above..............13.75%
13.75$ + [(sum of the invoice - 100$) x 13.75%]

4- No returns will be accepted without a predetermined mutual agreement from Cruella.

5- All claims concerning an incomplete order or a defective item must be done within 15 days following the reception of the order.

6- A 5% fee will be imposed upon all exchanges with the exception of returns under the following conditions:

    1. Merchandise defective due to transport handling
      Merchandise with manufacturing defects
      Shipment of merchandise not ordered.

In this last case, the customer will be required to prove the error with the order sheet. Cruella reserves the right to refuse all returns in the case were the merchandise appears to have been used before having been returned to us.

C.O.D. (Canada only)

Payments by money order or check will be processed once the sum of the invoice is collected. You will then receive a confirmation via e-mail attesting the delivery of your purchase. C.O.D. orders have an additional fee of $6.50 per delivery.

Payments by credit card must have the same billing + shipping address.

8- Our prices are subject to change without notice.

For your accommodation, our office hours are:

11:00 to 19:00. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
11:00 to 21:00. Thursday, Friday.
11:00 to 17:00. Saturday.
12:00. to 17:00. Sunday.
